This book has been written in alignment with the revised syllabus under the National Education Policy-2020, catering to the needs of First-Year undergraduate students at Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon, effective from the academic year 2024-25.
    The primary aim of this book is to provide students with a clear, structured and in-depth understanding of business and corporate laws within organizational contexts. In doing so, every effort has been made to use simple, student-friendly language and supplemented with logical explanations and practical illustrations to maximize the effectiveness of learning.
