We take great pleasure in presenting this book titled ‘Human Behaviour and Organization’ to the students of management and commerce. This book has been carefully designed in line with the revised syllabus introduced under the National Education Policy-2020 for First Year graduation students of Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon, effective from the academic year 2024-25.
The primary objective of this book is to offer a clear, structured and comprehensive understanding of human behaviour in organizational settings. Every effort has been made to use simple and student-friendly language supported by logical explanations and practical illustrations to enhance learning effectiveness.
This book will also serve as a valuable resource for faculty members, providing well-organized content with key concepts, real-life examples and insights drawn from a wide range of reference books and research papers thereby reducing the effort required to gather material from multiple sources. The contents are presented in syllabus-oriented sequence to facilitate easy understanding and better classroom delivery.
