The book is designed for the Major Mandatory Course titled Leadership Skills and Managerial Effectiveness under the Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) programme.
The subject Leadership Skills and Managerial Effectiveness is designed to develop students' understanding of leadership principles, managerial competencies, decision-making, communication, teamwork, ethics, innovation, and professional development. In today's dynamic and technology-driven business environment, organizations require leaders who can inspire people, manage change, solve complex problems, and achieve organizational goals with integrity, efficiency, and social responsibility. This book aims to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and leadership competencies required to meet these challenges successfully. The contents of this book have been presented in a simple, systematic, and student-friendly manner.
