Traditional medicine in India includes the ancient system of Ayurveda, which focuses on a holistic, natural approach to health, as well as other systems like Siddha, Unani, Homeopathy, Yoga, and Naturopathy. Ayurveda is a science of life. It is the oldest medical system.
